Violation of this policy will result in permanent termination of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.

9Account Termination

• Accounts that have been inactive for a consecutive period exceeding 12 months

10Liability Limit

• Financial losses resulting from unfavorable game outcomes
• Service disruptions resulting from system maintenance or circumstances beyond b4bet's control
• Data loss resulting from unforeseen technical failures
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your own negligence in safeguarding your password

B4bet's maximum total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the relevant claim arising.

11Amendment of Terms
